* In 2004, at the age of only 20, Niv established Israel’s first forum for biotech and medical device companies named “Biotech”, and held an event, among the first of its kind in the industry, at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Participating in the event were the Israel Chamber Orchestra, ministers and senior figures in the Israeli economy.

* Established a startup investment fund, among the first of its type in Israel.

* Spearheaded “The Story of Israel”, an international exhibition that tells the remarkable, unparalleled story of the State of Israel as a country of all its citizens and conveys a special message of bringing people together. The exhibition has been displayed in more than 28 countries. The exhibition was first opened by Niv and the Chief Rabbi of Israel at the time, Rabbi Israel Meir Lau, during a joint visit by the two to Australia and New Zealand.

* Founded Israel America Group Ltd. that provided consulting and communications services to US companies in Israel in the fields of health, pharma and technology. Among the companies: Continental, Pfizer, IBM, Teva, and others.

* Niv worked for a time in Africa in Malawi that served as the president of the African Union at the time, promoting public welfare projects, and also helped establish a local elementary school.

* Throughout, Niv has been invited to judge and give lectures in various competitions and events related to his fields of expertise, in Israel and abroad. He was also included the book “222”, published in Hebrew and English, in which 222 people were chosen alongside the president of Israel and others to share personal moments of inspiration.
