Who we are
The Meaning Channel Group (TMCG)
is a global-American founded in 2022. The company operates out of Palm Beach Florida and was established by the media executive Niv Jacobi and who serves as the group’s president.
Niv established TMCG to produce quality content alongside special events and projects that promote public discourse and awareness of health issues (including sports and proper nutrition, early detection, women’s health, mental health, etc.) as well as social equality, religious equality, sustainability and more, where all of the content provides real added value to the public and is typically presented by prime-time moderators and hosts.
TMCG also focuses its activities on making remote health and wellness services, provided by top tier teams of professionals, accessible, with the aid of the most advanced technologies and spread across the globe geographically.
Phase one – Commence / Kickoff Israeli Activities
Prompted by our confidence in the Israeli public and its astonishing resilience, we at the Meaning Channel Group decided to expand our activities to Israel as well, alongside our US operations. Beginning with filming a high-quality original series and in light of the tense security situation, we chose to focus first on technology by investing in the development of a digital health channel. At first, the new channel will produce content centered around lead-edge nutrition and sports services and on worthy activities that relate to Israel’s post October 7, 2023 reality.

Phase Two – breast cancer awareness
A devastating war broke out in Israel on October 7th, 2023 captured 100% of the Israeli media’s attention, broke out precisely at the outset of the global breast cancer awareness month, resulting in the cancelation of most of the awareness projects scheduled for the month.
Consequently, in November, we decided at TMCG that at that time more than ever, in the midst of the war, we needed to take action to promote awareness of the immense importance of early breast cancer detection. We embarked on a large-scale media project aimed at restoring the issue back to the heart of the media discussion and the public eye. Together with the channel’s anchor Ms. Rina Mazliah, and our partner, the magazine “At”, in conjunction with the “At” editor, Roni Vadai, we created a podcast series on the topic that was covered widely in the media and reshared countless times by the public, thereby saving lives.

Phase Three – Women’s Health
Because of the great importance we associate with promoting awareness for early detection, as soon as it become possible, we held in 2024 the largest, foremost event in Israel promoting awareness of early detection, with a focus on women's health.
Initiated by TMCG, we held a truly extraordinary event, both in its size and its importance, that was attended by leaders of Israel’s health system, public opinion and community leaders, the honorable Chief Rabbi Meir Israel Lau, and many influencers. The event was featured widely in the media in Israel and abroad and succeeded in its goal of promoting discourse on these critical public interest issues. Together with WIZO World Chairman Mrs. Anita Friedman, TMCG’s president, Niv Jacobi, presented awards to pioneering women, and at the end of the event, together with our strategic partners, Meuhedet Healthcare Services, we launched a special mobile unit, the first of its kind in Israel, that provides early detection and other women’s health services to all parts of the country, including the periphery.
